Dear Dr. Williams:
Title: Cosmological Implications of Classical Kaluza Relativity Authors: L. L. Williams
I
have read your manuscript with interest. Unfortunately, I find that it
does not fit with the kinds of papers that the Astrophysical Journal
Letters seeks to publish. We consider new astronomical observations and
new theoretical insights that directly impact observations. Your paper
is better suited to a journal specializing in relativity. I regret to
tell you that we will not be able to consider your manuscript further.
Regards, Chris Sneden, Letters Editor THE ASTROPHYSICAL JOURNAL LETTERS
